Objectives : Lupin wanted us to create learning solution that would address the consequences of review failure by the reviewers in the laboratory. They wanted the reviewers to imbibe the laid down faulty document review cycle, where the reviewer edits documents and approves them.

 

Solution : We created a task-based game called the ‘Reviewer’s Quest’, where actual documents were provided and the player had to review the documents and identify errors within them in a stipulated time. Based on the error identified and corrections made by them within each document, they were awarded points and were allowed to move forward in the game.
