Objectives : Developing people wanted us to create a gaming platform that would engage pharmaceutical executives to enhance their behavioural as well as selling skills. They wanted the game mechanics and aesthetics to engage and motivate these executives as well as apply the learning in their real work-life scenario.
Solution : We created a board game that represented a day in the life of a pharmaceutical executive. On roll of dice, a player will be taken through various scenarios where they would meet doctors or a chemist who would pose a unique challenge for them. A player has to overcome these challenges and accumulate maximum points. There are pitfalls and negative points that would restrain the player’s ability to accomplish their goals i.e. finishing the game with maximum points.
