Mumbai, December 11, 2019: Shezartech participated in the ‘Field Service Management Summit 2019’, organized by Inventicon Business Intelligence Pvt. Ltd, on December 9 and 10, 2019. The event was held at ‘Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport’ Hotel. Representatives from India’s top organizations that work in the field service management sector attended the summit.
The summit brought together top-level managers, CEOS, and presidents from across the country, who have years of experience in the field. Some of the organizations that participated are Reliance Digital, Volkswagen Group Sales India, Tata Motors, ThyssenKrupp Industries India, and Boeing International Corporation India, to name a few. The summit included discussions and lectures about subjects such as increasing customer satisfaction and profits, locally building field service management teams that can work globally, mobile workforce team management, etc.
